Femto Unlock: BMW cars manufactured after June 2020 require an unlock and femto offer a solution that takes a few days. It is a required step to gain write access to the ecu . Due to this extra step we ask the vehicle is left with us upto 1 week to allow this process to complete

We recommend servicing the gearbox at 50,000 miles. 

The S58 runs very lean in standard form and increasing boost without the ecu having the fuelling adjusted is a unsafe way to increase power. 

We have had multiple G8X on dyno with tuning boxes with them making less power than quoted and logs showing high timing corrections and knock detected showing the engine is not running in a safe manner.

Leaving the car stock or using the M2 CS software is recommended over a tuning box if not wanting to fully tune the vehicle.

Our own G80 was used for development in our stage 1 tuning, we was able to achieve some fantastic times and dyno figures whilst maintaining safe boost, ignition and temperatures ensuring the car can be used in all enviroments, The car felt completely transformed. 

Our custom mapping for the S58 completely transforms the car and adds the ability for customised burbles, exhaust valve control and multiple maps switchable whilst driving. Our software coupled with gearbox mapping awakens the S58 into a different level of machine. No hardware modifcations are required.

This is a one day turn around starting in the morning and ready by afternoon. We take power from 510bhp to 700bhp. Performance is unrelatable to a standard vehicle with real world performance rarely matched in other vehicles. For those wanting that extra performance flexfuel capability can be added taking power to 800bhp with no need to switch maps and the car detecting the change in fuel with our VT800 Flex Package.

Our own shop car g80 runs this package and is currently the uk fastest stock engine/ stock turbo car. We have tested the car at santa pod, on officially gassed, at a 1mile event against our own f90 m5 and the car has been to the nurburgring to see how it performs in every condition. 

We believe its important to develop reliable but also fast packages which has been possible for us with extensive developement and testing. Our M3 has performed over 150 Launch controls and exceeded 200mph in testing.

VT800 Hybrids

Great for daily power, 800 BHP with just 99ron. The turbos are capable of upto 1100BHP with supporting mods also making them a solid base for building a high power G8X

VT800 Meth

Also capable of 800BHP daily power utilising an auxiliary fuel system that activates only at full throttle/ high boost.  Stock turbos + Methanol keeps the engine cool and making great power.

VT800 Flexfuel

This system is great for those wanting 700BHP Daily but occassionally gaining an additional 100 BHP when adding 40% Ethanol to their main fuel tank. Especially useful for race days.

This is the package we used to create the UK's Fastest Stock engine, Stock turbo & stock gearbox car. Competing and beating other s58 with fully forged and upgraded turbos.

This package is not available to all customers and can only be completed after experience with our VT800 package beforehand.

Using hybrid turbos is a great way to increase power whilst remaining on 99ron fuel.When used with 99ron 800bhp is possible. They also offer huge power for future proofing and as such using these turbos our own car is making over 1100bhp using these hybrid turbos combined with a built engine and port ethanol injection. At 1100 BHP the cars acceleration times are faster than most hypercars including the bugatti chiron.

A product we  finished developing in october 2025. Our shop car was able to produce obscene power and acceleration utilising our forged engine, single turbo, built gearbox & port fuelling system.

This is the maximum power we create for the S58 platform. Taking the G80's stock 8second 100-200kph down to 2seconds.

A common complaint with the s58 is the delayed slow shifts with gearbox. All this potential for power but its important the gearbox can allow that power to be transferred to the wheels quickly and effectively. Using XHP with our custom settings works perfectly for Stage 1 and Stage 2 cars and those with higher power or racing we are able to provide fully customised gearbox mapping allowing the gearbox to handle high torque levels and maintaining crisp shifts.
