When aiming to achieve over 900 BHP it is a must to build the engine. The main weakness is the stock conrods which can bend at high power & torque. Our 1300 BHP capable engine aimed at hybrid turbo setups on port injection & built transmission/ gearbox consist of 5150 Carrillo rods & 5150 cp Carrillo pistons. This engine build removes the weak components and allows high hp and torque to be achieved whilst retaining close to stage1/2 levels of maintenance. With engine builds its easy to over or under spec your build. We have experience with builds aimed at hybrid and single turbo engines both with their advantage & disadvantages. We have a dedicated section of our workshop for S58 engine & gearbox builds.
Our engines come with 12months warranty or 15,000 Miles which ever is reached first. Our engine build costs include removal and refilling of air con gas, new oil + filter, new coolant, top up of gearbox fluid, refill front diff for xdrive, engine removal, engine assembly & engine installation. Moving on to our 1700 BHP rated engine aimed at Single Turbos like our shop cars precision 7680. This engine is designed to withstand extreme power and covers all areas of the engine including block, cylinder head, camshafts to give an engine that capable of the highest power levels achievable on the S58 platform. This engine will require multiple head retorques initially to ensure reliability at high boost. The High pressure PCV system will be blanked and replaced with a catch can system to eliminate dangerous rocker cover failures.
